Unfortunately Pedorthic services are not covered by Manitoba Health. Patients must pay out of pocket for services, and apply for reimbursement where applicable.

Pedorthic Assessment $85 +GST
Do you have trouble standing, walking and/or running? Do you struggle with pain in the feet, ankle, knees, hips and/or lower back? A Pedorthic Assessment includes an analysis of the feet and lower limbs, range of motion, posture and gait, as well as footwear. These analyses are meant to identify movement patterns that cause problems for the feet and lower limbs. Post-assessment the Pedorthist will offer a treatment plan, educate on the potential causes of pain, and refer patients to other clinicians.

Custom-Made Foot Orthotics (Adult) $515
Struggling with chronic foot pain? Have you been prescribed custom orthotics? Pedorthists specialise in the casting for, as well as manufacturing, modifying and fitting of custom-made foot orthotics. This process is completed across two appointments.
A Pedorthic Assessment is included in the cost. Custom-made foot orthotics have a $250 non-refundable deposit (per pair), and come with a 6-month warranty. Additional pairs of custom-made foot orthotic can be ordered for $370 (per pair).

Pedorthic Footwear Fitting $45 +GST
Having trouble with foot pain when wearing shoes? Is it hard finding footwear that fits you without causing blisters, calluses or other issues? A Pedorthic Footwear Fitting includes a footwear and gait analysis. Post-assessment the Pedorthist will offer a footwear prescription, educate on the potential causes of pain, and refer patients to other clinicians if need be.
