A Pedorthic Assessment includes an analysis of the feet and lower limbs, range of motion, posture and gait, as well as footwear. These analyses are meant to identify movement patterns that cause problems for the feet and lower limbs. Post-assessment the Pedorthist will make recommendations, offer a treatment plan, educate on the potential causes of pain, and refer patients to other clinicians.
