Pedorthic Services
Canadian Certified Pedorthists are allied healthcare professionals specialising in foot and lower limb analyses, gait mechanics, custom foot orthotics, and footwear. Their role is to improve the quality of life and movement of their patients, while reducing the presence of pain. Services include pedorthic assessments, pedorthic footwear fittings, custom foot orthotics (for adults and children), footwear modifications, custom footwear, and graduated compression hosiery. Pedorthists work with people of all ages and abilities, in a variety of settings to help patients achieve their health and movement goals.
Kinesiology Services
Manitoba Certified Kinesiologists are allied healthcare professionals that specialise in human movement, as well as use evidence-based methods to treat injury and prevent disease progression. As allied healthcare professionals their roles often include exercise testing and prescription, as well as physical activity counselling. Kinesiologists work with people of all ages and abilities, in a variety of settings to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals. Current services include kinesiology coaching, fitness assessments, personal and small group training, group fitness classes, as well as training programs.
Pop-Ups
Kinesiologists regularly play a role in exercise testing and prescription, physical activity counselling, and group fitness instruction. Fitness Instructors promote health through movement in social spaces. As health and fitness professional with over 10 years in the field, I have experience teaching in a variety of classes from introductory muay Thai and boxing to yoga and senior fitness. Group fitness pop-ups are available to book privately as both singular pop-up events and a workshop series.
